Odds and Ends:
Mechelle Mullins reports that things are going much better with Larry McPeak's health. The doctors report he is much stronger and in great condition for a liver transplant. While waiting for a liver, Larry's spirits remain high, encouraged by the good news from his doctor. Financially, Larry has finally received approval for Medicaid benefits with much help form Senator Wampler. While this will lessen the financial burden of the operation, it will not cover all of the costs. Fundraising continues to raise the needed funds. To date over $62,00 has been raised coming from many inside and out of the bluegrass community. Larry is thankful to all who have contributed and to all who continue to send their well wishes.
